Auf meinen Reisen stellte ich oftmals fest, dass in den Unterkünften nicht genügend auf die Bedürfnisse der Gäste eingegangen wurde. So hatte man zwar manchmal traumhafte Balkone, aber keine Sonnenliegen. Die Einrichtung war zuweilen lieblos oder veraltet und nicht zuletzt ließ die Qualität der Betten oft zu wünschen übrig. Die Traum-Ferienwohnung "Alpenblick" habe ich so gestaltet, dass ich dort selbst gerne Urlaub machen würde. Mir ist sehr wichtig, dass sich meine Gäste wohl und zu Hause fühlen.
